What cooling features are available in the Plus Hybrid?
The Leesa Plus Hybrid is designed with several cooling features. First, the uniquely woven top ensures a neutral temperature environment. Second, the Leesa Plus Hybrid features an infusion of cooling gel in the foam layer, contributing significantly to a cooler night’s sleep. Third, the coil systems used in the design of hybrid mattresses always allow for greater airflow than all-foam mattresses.

Are Leesa mattresses fiberglass free?
Yes. Every Leesa mattress is made without fiberglass, in a fiberglass-free factory. Instead, they’re crafted with fire-retardant yarn and a rayon barrier. This rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer for both safety and comfort.
Are Leesa mattresses made from safe materials?
Yes. Every Leesa mattress is GREENGUARD Gold certified, made with CertiPUR-US® certified foams, and built without fiberglass in a fiberglass-free factory.
To earn GREENGUARD goldopens in new window certification, Leesa mattresses go through rigorous testing for emissions of more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The certification means they meet strict limits on chemical emissions.
The foams are also CertiPUR-US®opens in new window certified, meaning they’re made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and certain phthalates. They also have low VOC emissions for better indoor air quality.
What does it mean to have an endorsement from the American Chiropractic Association?

How is GreenFlex Foam different from other plant-based foams?
Most bio-foams start with food-crop oils that must be chemically converted into polyols—an energy-intensive process that uses only a fraction of the plant’s oil. GreenFlex Foam uses non-food crops grown on marginal land whose oil is a natural polyol, usable with no chemical conversion—putting roughly three times more of the plant’s oil to use.
