Do you offer in home setup?

Yes! We offer In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder as an option at checkout. This premium service includes unboxing, assembly, and haul-away of packaging and items being replaced in any room of your home. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout.
  2. Your order ships to Ryder.
  3. Ryder contacts you to schedule delivery (usually 7–15 business days after processing).
  4. On delivery day, you’ll get a heads-up when the team is about 30 minutes away.
  5. They’ll set everything up in the room of your choice and remove the old items being replaced.

Please note:

  • In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
  • This service cannot be added to an order that was already placed. If you would like to add this service to your order, you will have to cancel and reorder. Feel free to contact our Comfort Crew for assistance.
  • Haul-away is limited to items directly replaced by your new purchase (e.g., mattress and base).
  • Removal of bed frames may be available if they require no or minimal disassembly.
  • Additional or unrelated items won’t be removed.
  • For health and safety, stained, soiled, or contaminated items may not qualify.
How do I track my order?

Our mattresses are made-to-order, so the product takes a little more time to get to you (it's not sitting in a warehouse somewhere collecting dust!). The mattress, once compressed, will ship in 3-5 business days. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress leaves the building.

If you add In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder to your order, they’ll contact you to schedule delivery and setup once your item(s) are ready—usually 7-15 business days after purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

Leesa offers a limited lifetime mattress warranty that covers the following:

  • Deterioration of the mattress resulting in a visible indentation greater than one and a half (1.5) inches that is not associated with an indentation or sag as a result of an improper or unsupportive foundation or base.
  • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper set-up and normal use.
  • Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams and zipper assembly.

How does the 120-night sleep trial work?

Every Leesa mattress comes with a 120-night trial. After 30 days of sleeping on your new mattress, if you're not happy with your purchase, the friendly folks on our Comfort Crew can help walk you through the process of returning and refunding.

Whenever possible, we donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or one of our charity partners. One of Leesa's missions is to be a positive force in the world, so if we can donate a mattress in good condition rather than disposing of it in a landfill, that's the route we're going to take.

Are Leesa mattresses fiberglass free?

Our mattresses contain no fiberglass. They are crafted in our fiberglass-free factory using fire-retardant yarn with a rayon barrier. This chemical-free rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer that ensures both safety and comfort.

Are Leesa mattresses made from safe materials?

Yes! Leesa mattresses are designed with your health and safety in mind, adhering to stringent safety standards that ensure a healthier sleep environment. Additionally, we don’t use fiberglass in our mattresses, and our entire factory is fiberglass-free.

Every Leesa mattress is GREENGUARD gold certified after undergoing rigorous testing for emissions of more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This certification assures that our mattresses are free from harmful chemicals and meet strict emissions safety standards, resulting in minimal VOC emissions.

The foams used in Leesa mattresses are also CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and certain phthalates. They also have low VOC emissions, ensuring better indoor air quality.
