If you add In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder to your order, they’ll contact you to schedule delivery and setup once your item(s) are ready—usually 7-15 business days after purchase.
For any other items in your order, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each one as they ship.

What's the difference between the Natural Essential and Natural Luxe Hybrid?
Both mattresses share the same organic cotton, GOTS-certified New Zealand wool, GOLS-certified natural latex, and reinforced steel spring core. The Natural Essential features a streamlined comfort system focused on these natural materials, while the Natural Luxe adds thicker comfort layers, including buoyant GreenFlex™ Foam, for a more elevated feel.
What is a hybrid mattress?
The Sapira Chill is Leesa's premium cooling hybrid. Its coil system is zoned to concentrate support under your hips while allowing softer comfort at your shoulders — which means your spine stays aligned regardless of whether you sleep on your back, side, or a combination of both. The springs also create airflow channels through the mattress that solid foam cannot replicate, which is one of the reasons hybrid mattresses tend to sleep cooler than all-foam designs.
Hybrids are a particularly good fit for: side sleepers who need pressure relief at the shoulder and hip; couples with different sleep preferences, since the coils absorb and isolate motion; and anyone who has found all-foam mattresses to trap heat or feel too soft over time.
What type of latex is used in the Natural Essential Hybrid?
The Natural Essential Hybrid uses 100% natural latex that's GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) certified, meaning it's sustainably harvested from rubber trees and processed with biodegradable ingredients. This creates a buoyant, breathable comfort layer that's both eco-friendly and durable.
What cooling features does the Natural Essential Hybrid have?
The Natural Essential Hybrid stays cool through three breathable materials working together: natural latex, gel-infused quilt foam, and natural fibers. The natural latex has a ventialted structure that pulls heat away from the body, the gel-infused quilt foam allows heat to escape rather than trap it, and GOTS-certified New Zealand wool and organic cotton are both naturally temperature-neutral.
Does the Natural Essential Hybrid have edge support?
Yes. The Natural Essential Hybrid is built on up to 1,032 active-response 14.75-gauge springs made from reclaimed steel, reinforced by two side rows of 15.5-gauge coils for dedicated edge support.
Are Leesa mattresses fiberglass free?
Our mattresses contain no fiberglass. They are crafted in our fiberglass-free factory using fire-retardant yarn with a rayon barrier. This chemical-free rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer that ensures both safety and comfort.
Are Leesa mattresses made from safe materials?
Yes! Leesa mattresses are designed with your health and safety in mind, adhering to stringent safety standards that ensure a healthier sleep environment. Additionally, we don’t use fiberglass in our mattresses, and our entire factory is fiberglass-free.
Every Leesa mattress is GREENGUARD goldopens in new window certified after undergoing rigorous testing for emissions of more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This certification assures that our mattresses are free from harmful chemicals and meet strict emissions safety standards, resulting in minimal VOC emissions.
The foams used in Leesa mattresses are also CertiPUR-US®opens in new window certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and certain phthalates. They also have low VOC emissions, ensuring better indoor air quality.
