The Leesa Mattress Concierge is a free, 15-minute, one-on-one appointment with a real sleep specialist to help you choose the right mattress. No pressure, just honest advice on size, firmness, budget, and which model fits how you sleep. Appointments are scheduled in advance and available Monday through Friday.

Booking is easy: no forms, no waiting on hold, no sales pitch. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you pick a time to the moment you hang up.
Pick a time
Appointments are offered Monday–Friday, 11am–6pm ET, in 15-minute slots on the half hour, with only one booking per slot.
Get your confirmation
You'll receive an email and text confirming your appointment, including the number to call at your scheduled time.
Call in and talk it through
At your appointment time, call the number from your confirmation, and a Leesa sleep specialist will be ready for you.
