Our mattresses are made-to-order in our Arizona Dream Factory. We’ll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress ships.
If you add In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder to your order, they’ll contact you to schedule delivery and setup once your item(s) are ready—usually 7-15 business days after purchase.
For any other items in your order, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each one as they ship.

Return Policy
Every Leesa mattress comes with a 120-night trial, starting after a 30-night break-in period, so the new materials have time to settle in. If it's not a right fit, just reach out and we'll schedule a pickup right from your home. No repackaging or shipping on your end. Returns during the trial are free, and you'll get a full refund once it's picked up. The only exception is that AK, HI, and Canada shipping fees aren't refundable.
Whenever possible, we donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or one of our charity partners. One of Leesa's missions is to be a positive force in the world, so if we can donate a mattress in good condition rather than disposing of it in a landfill, that's the route we're going to take.
Is the Natural Crib Mattress firm enough for a newborn?
Yes. The infant side is designed to provide the firm, flat sleep surface recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for safe infant sleep. It’s made with firm GOLS-certified organic latex and has passed CPSC crib mattress safety and flammability testing under 16 CFR 1241 and ASTM F2933.
Why does the Natural Crib Mattress have two sides?
Babies and toddlers have different needs, so we made one mattress that can change with them. The baby side has firm, flat support for the baby years. When your child is ready for a softer feel, simply flip the mattress to the gentle-firm toddler side, which also has a waterproof surface to help handle accidents during the potty-training stage.
When should I flip the mattress to the toddler side?
Use the firm side from newborn to around your child's first birthday, then flip to the gentle-firm toddler side when you're ready for a softer feel. By then most children are pulling up, rolling over, and repositioning themselves on their own. The toddler side also has a waterproof barrier, which comes in handy once potty training begins. There's no deadline on any of this. The firm baby side is perfectly good to keep using as long as your child is comfortable on it.
Is the Natural Crib Mattress waterproof?
The toddler side is waterproof, with a sealed waterproof barrier that extends across the surface and around the edges to help keep accidents from soaking into the mattress core. For extra protection during the infant years, you can use a properly fitted waterproof crib mattress protector over the baby side.
How do I clean the Natural Crib Mattress?
The cover is not removable, so spot cleaning is the best way to keep the mattress fresh. For everyday messes, use a damp cloth with a little mild soap. Don't soak the mattress or put it in the washing machine.
Can I use the Natural Crib Mattress in a toddler bed?
Yes. The Natural Crib Mattress measures 28" W × 52" L × 5" H and is designed to fit standard full-size cribs and toddler beds. That means you can keep using the same mattress when your child transitions from the crib to a toddler bed.
Is the Leesa Natural Crib Mattress fiberglass-free?
Yes. The Leesa Natural Crib Mattress contains no fiberglass. It’s crafted in our fiberglass-free factory using fire-retardant yarn with a rayon barrier. This chemical-free rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer that ensures both safety and comfort.
What do the Natural Crib Mattress's certifications mean?
The Natural Crib Mattress carries four independent certifications. GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) certifies the latex core is grown and processed to organic and environmental standards. GREENGUARD Gold certifies the finished mattress for low chemical emissions. CertiPUR-US® certifies the foam layer for emissions, content, and durability. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifies the cotton cover is tested for harmful substances. Together, they mean every layer, not just the finished mattress, has been independently tested.
