Our mattresses are made-to-order in our Arizona Dream Factory. We’ll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your mattress ships.
If you add White Glove Delivery by Ryder to your order, they’ll contact you to schedule delivery and setup once your item(s) are ready—usually 7-15 business days after purchase.
If your mattress order includes free pillows, they will ship in the same box as your mattress. For any other items in your order, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each one as they ship.

Why is the Leesa Reserve mattress shipped in two boxes?
The Reserve mattress is a luxurious 14” tall and made of two parts: an encased support base (with zip-up cover) and a comfort insert. The support base and comfort insert are shipped via FedEx in two separate boxes for convenience. You’ll need both boxes to complete the setup.
Does the Leesa Reserve mattress work with an Adjustable Base?
Yes, each Reserve mattress will work great with an adjustable base. Reserve mattresses are made with individually wrapped steel coils in the base of the mattress, allowing them to maintain support and durability in any elevated position. Shop the Adjustable Base.
Does the Leesa Reserve mattress require deep pocket sheets?
At 14 inches tall, the Leesa Reserve mattress will be a bit too tall to work well with most standard fitted sheets. We recommend a deep-pocketed sheet with pockets that can fit at least 14 inches, like our Cotton Blend Sheet Set.
Are Leesa mattresses fiberglass free?
Our mattresses contain no fiberglass. They are crafted in our fiberglass-free factory using fire-retardant yarn with a rayon barrier. This chemical-free rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer that ensures both safety and comfort.
Are Leesa mattresses made from safe materials?
Yes! Leesa mattresses are designed with your health and safety in mind, adhering to stringent safety standards that ensure a healthier sleep environment. Additionally, we don’t use fiberglass in our mattresses, and our entire factory is fiberglass-free.
Every Leesa mattress is GREENGUARD gold certified after undergoing rigorous testing for emissions of more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This certification assures that our mattresses are free from harmful chemicals and meet strict emissions safety standards, resulting in minimal VOC emissions.
The foams used in Leesa mattresses are also CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, PBDE flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and certain phthalates. They also have low VOC emissions, ensuring better indoor air quality.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Ryder to offer White Glove Delivery for $199. This premium service includes unboxing, assembly, and haul-away of packaging or old items in any room of your home. Here’s how it works:
- Select White Glove Delivery at checkout.
- Your order ships to Ryder.
- Ryder contacts you to schedule delivery (usually 7–15 business days after processing).
- On delivery day, you’ll get a heads-up when the team is about 30 minutes away.
