What makes the Natural Latex Pillow different?
The Natural Latex Pillow is made of one piece of Talalay latex designed to maintain a specific structure to support your head and neck no matter how you sleep.
Fill pillows use a variety of materials (cotton, down, polyester, etc.) to make up the inside of a pillow but often need maintenance to keep their shape.
Can I sleep on the Natural Latex Pillow if I’m allergic to latex?
Yes! Talalay latex does not cause allergic reactions like other latex products found in households or medical settings. The Talalay latex used in Leesa products undergoes a five-stage washing process to remove any reaction-related proteins. Additionally, it is flash-heated into a solid form, eliminating any remaining proteins or residue. This ensures a hypoallergenic sleeping experience for our customers.
Is this pillow hypoallergenic?
Yes, all pillow inserts and covers are designed to be hypoallergenic. The Natural Latex Pillow is especially well suited to those who suffer from allergies or asthma given the inherent properties of naturally extracted latex.
Where is the Natural Latex Pillow made?
The Natural Latex Pillow is crafted with care in America using domestic and foreign components.
We make the bed, you make the difference
Since 2015, we have committed to making a positive impact on our communities. We stand firm in the belief that everyone deserves the dignity of a safe and comfortable place to rest. It's a fundamental right, not a luxury. That's why we’ve donated over 41,000 mattresses to those in need, providing more than just beds—offering a foundation for a better future.

Two billion people in coastal regions don’t have access to proper waste management. Our partnership with CleanHub and local communities in India ensures the safe collection and recovery of ocean-bound plastic—and creates sustainable jobs.
