Which is the Best Mattress for my Lifestyle?

Which is the Best Mattress for my Lifestyle?

The Leesa mattress fits the way you sleep and the way you live. With three premium foam layers, the mattress adapts to help you (and your partner, kids or pets) sleep.

What’s the best mattress for couples?

If you and your partner are trying to figure out the best mattress for you, besides deciding on firmness and support, also consider motion transfer and size. If you have a flip-flopping sleeping partner, a Leesa mattress may be a good option to help both of you get better sleep. Our mattress is made with three layers of premium foam–designed for comfort, recovery and support–so there is minimal motion transfer. That way, you won’t feel your partner rolling over or moving in their sleep and vice versa. Don’t have a partner who tosses and turns? What about a chronic snorer or cover hog? Remove “no sleep” from your vocabulary with some of these solutions to common bed-sharing in Sleep Like the Dead: Partner Edition. That way, you can choose the best mattress for your lifestyle.

The most popular mattress size is a queen size and is usually a comfortable choice for couples. By comparison, a king size mattress gives you an additional 16 inches of width over a queen mattress (the length is the same!) if you prefer a little more room. If you or your partner is very tall, you might want to consider the California King Leesa mattress. It’s not as wide as a regular king mattress, but it has an extra four inches of length over a king or queen mattress. Regardless of what mattress size you choose, you’ll get a 100-night sleep guarantee. If you don’t love the mattress within 100 nights, return it for a full refund. Plus, we’ll come pick it up!

What’s the best mattress for kids?

We’re often asked if the Leesa mattress is good for kids, especially because little ones tend to need the most hours of quality sleep. A Leesa mattress can serve as a transitional bed for when your kid is ready to move out of the crib into their “big kid bed”.

The Leesa twin mattress size is perfect for kids–to help them dream big and sleep soundly. When the Leesa twin mattress is placed on a solid platform or slatted foundation, like the Leesa foundation, they’ll have the perfect bed for years to come.

You could also get a full or queen Leesa mattress, which your kid could grow into and have until adulthood. The foams used in the Leesa mattress are firm enough to give little ones support and prevent them from sinking in the mattress and a bigger size allows them to grow and still fit on their bed.

What’s the best mattress for people who are moving?

In general, how do you know if it’s time for a new mattress? If your mattress is eight or more years old or if you’re not sleeping well and waking up with aches and pains, this may be a signal. If you’re getting ready to move, it may be a good time to consider a new mattress. New house, new mattress! When deciding on the right mattress for your lifestyle, consider mattress size and preferred firmness. Not to mention, by getting a new mattress delivered to your new house, you can skip the hassle of dragging your heavy, awkward mattress out of your old house, wrestling it into a truck and into your new house.

We have good news! A Leesa mattress is delivered directly to your door when you want it and conveniently arrives compressed in a small box for easy transportation into your home. No more pivoting a mattress around the stairs or elevator!

As with all of our mattresses, if you’re not happy after our 100-night sleep trial, give our customer service team a call or email—we’ll coordinate a pickup and refund your money.

What is the best mattress for people with pets?

Do you often share your bed with your furry friend? (Or maybe it’s more like you’re sharing their bed?!) To choose the best mattress for sharing the bed with a pet, specifically look for a mattress with low motion transfer, like our Leesa or Sapira mattresses. That way, when either one of you gets in and out of bed, you don’t wake the other. This is also good if your pet gets up a lot in the middle of the night or changes their position on the bed. As cute as they are, their constant movement shouldn’t keep you from getting a good night’s sleep. In addition to motion transfer, it’s important to consider the size of your bed if you’re going to be sharing. A twin-size mattress might not be great for you and your 60-pound dog.

If you’re going to let your pets sleep with you, it’s a good idea to set ground rules from the start, especially if you adopt them while they’re young. Make it clear which furniture pieces and beds they’re allowed on and assign them a spot. This way, they don’t get used to sleeping in the middle of the bed (and if they do, at least you tried).
