What's your return policy?

Rest assured that we have your back – returns are quick and easy.

We are confident that you’ll love your Leesa products (every one of our employees sleeps on one of our mattresses!) but if you don’t, let our team know within your trial window to initiate a return.

Whenever possible, in line with our social mission, we seek to donate our returned mattresses to 501(c)(3) organizations and charity partners that serve children. By donating as many returns as we can, your purchase can help a child sleep better tonight – and have a stronger future tomorrow.

Why does Leesa donate returns?

As a certified B Corp we are committed to using business as a force for good. So instead of putting all of our returns in landfills, we’re taking those returned mattresses and helping those who need it the most. In most cases, your mattress return will help a child sleep better tonight. One in five children in poverty doesn’t have a bed to call their own. That’s where your return comes in.

We ask for a $49 Bed Adoption Fee to help our customer service team locate the best home in your community for your mattress. This $49 will help cover the cost to locate a forever home, pick up your mattress, and delivery to a 501(c)(3) or charity in need. It will also ensure that if your state doesn’t allow for used mattress donations the mattress finds its way to a recycling plant as a part of our sustainability program, another piece of our social mission. Doesn’t it feel good to give back?!

Mattress Return Policy:

We know you’ll love your Leesa – but we give you up to 100 calendar nights to sleep on it and let us know if you don’t like it. We encourage you to try your mattress for at least 30 nights, starting upon delivery of the mattress. This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress, and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you decide the mattress isn’t for you, we’ll coordinate a pickup from your home then refund the full purchase price less the value of the discount, and a $49 Bed Adoption Fee applicable to all states including Alaska and Hawaii.** All mattresses must be clean and undamaged. Damaged mattresses include, but are not limited to the following conditions: no rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover. After 100-days, rest assured you’re covered by a 10-year warranty on the mattress.

Accessories & Furniture Return Policy:

We hope you love our accessories as much as we do. If you choose to return your pillows, mattress protector or other accessory item we’ll send you a UPS prepaid label so you can return them to us free of charge within 30 calendar days. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return please call our customer service team at 1-844-33-LEESA or email Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process. In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 100-day trial for a mattress, and 30-day trial for any accessories or furniture item.
